We offer group Reformer and Tower classes, along with Mixed classes that include the Wunda Chair and Small Barrel. At Winter Park Pilates, we teach to the individuals in each class - groups of 6 maximum- so every session is tailored to the needs of those present. This inclusive approach makes our group classes a great fit for anyone looking to improve fitness and body awareness in a supportive, encouraging environment.
All class styles build strength, flexibility, and endurance, and offer variations and modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities. Packages can be used for all class styles, and we recommend incorporating all styles into your fitness routine for maximum results.
All Levels Classes
These classes welcome everyone—from complete beginners with no experience to advanced practitioners. Our instructors provide modifications and progressions for every exercise, so you can work safely and effectively at your own pace. Expect a strong focus on proper form and precise movement.
All Levels + Classes
These classes maintain the same personalized attention but are geared toward students with a regular Pilates practice who understand the studio flow. This class is only open to current Winter Park Pilates clients, and newer clients will get approval to join when ready.
Advanced Flow
Our most experienced participants can take part in Advanced Flow classes, which require instructor approval. These sessions offer the highest level of challenge, progressions and precision.

private sessions
One-on-one session designed to meet the individual needs and goals of the client. During a private lesson, the instructor will work with the client to develop a personalized Pilates program, taking into account any injuries, limitations, or specific areas of focus. Private lessons are done on any combination of the Reformer, Cadillac, Mat, Tower, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Barrels, Arm Chair and the Ped-o-Pull.
Each session is 50 minutes.
